Camp Kanata is a place where magic is possible. It is a place where a group of strangers can become a family in just a week. It is a place to be your best self. Just think of the impact it has had on you, your children, and your family. How would you, or they, be different without the impact of camp? I believe that camp is so important for all children but, unfortunately, not every family finds a camp experience to be within reach financially.
In today's world, the transformative power of camp to bring people together and forge bonds is more important than ever. Campers at Kanata make new friends, learn from caring counselors and gain the confidence necessary to make good decisions.
I want every child who wants to come to camp to be able to do so, regardless of his or her family’s ability to pay. So I encourage you to donate to our Annual Campaign. 100% of the dollars raised goes directly to the children and families who don’t have the financial resources to attend.
