At Camp Kanata, we teach the sport fundamentals and ensure safe play. Flag Football is a safer, non contact alternative to regular football. Instead of tackles, campers are given flags that are pulled off to indicate a play stop.
Campers can compete in our Flag Football tournament that happens during our Week 5 program.

Once a summer, Camp Kanata hosts the Kanata Cup Soccer Tournament. If your camper loves soccer this is the week to attend Camp Kanata.
Disc Golf
In disc golf, players throw discs (like Frisbees) toward targets with baskets attached. The goal is to throw the disc into the basket in as few throws as possible.
